The blue vest creates an eye-popper against the dark blue and brown, the dark blue plays off the lighter blue, and the jacket and scarf tie together the natural scheme, as well as the pants and the bit of belt showing. And the cuffs, oh God the cuffs, every shirt has a bit showing, layering continued down to the wrists is a must.
I love looks that not only men but women can be inspired by.
